What is INMOINVEST ARH SL?

InmoInvest ARH SL is an online booking platform for accommodation. Our mission is to make moving abroad easier. We want to change the way people find housing around the world.

The listings are checked by our team, the photos are recent and reliable and there is complete consistency between the listing and reality. InmoInvest ARH SL guarantee allows you to book online with complete confidence.

We do not meet with our clients until the day of the visit. Appointments, like reservations, are made online.

It is very important to know that all visits are based on an appointment!

On the day of the visit, you must have the following on hand in electronic format or in a copy:

– The DNI or passport (NIE in the case of foreigners)
– Work contract
– Last two payrolls

Students
– Proof of registration from the university/Institute or registration receipt.

Corporate Reserves
– Company deed and CIF

Self-employed
– Last income tax return

Only one person can reserve/block the property.
When a property is booked, the person in charge is the first visitor and all other visits will be canceled!
By having a guaranteed reservation, you have priority in renting the property and on the day of the visit you will have all the paperwork ready to be signed, and you will be able to receive the keys on the same day.

Reservation process!

The listings are checked by our team, the photos are recent and reliable and there is complete consistency between the listing and reality. The InmoInvest ARH SL guarantee allows you to book online with complete confidence.
When a property is booked/reserved, all other scheduled visiting dates will be canceled! The upfront payment for the property reservation/block is the first month’s rent plus the warranty deposit.
Your payment will remain in our custody until you agree with the property and the rental contract.

On the visit day, if you decide to keep the property, you will have the first month’s rent paid and the warranty deposit.
The warranty deposit will be returned on the day when the rental contract ends.
We will make the transfer to the owners 48 hours after the check-in date, so that you can carefully inspect the property.
If for any reason, you decide to reject the property, the down payment is returned in 24-48h, without any additional fees.
For each payment we issue a certified invoice with CIF/NIF number! Invoice represents the guarantee of the payment.

Documents required to issue a payment invoice:

– The full name of the contract holder
– Photo of the DNI/NIE/Passport of the contract holder (both sides)
– Arrival and departure dates (Please contact us on Whatsapp to confirm the dates’ availability)

After we receive the data specified above, our financial department will send you the payment invoice and all the necessary data to complete the payment and reserve the property!

Warranties!

We know that booking online is a commitment. That is why we offer all our tenants the InmoInvest ARH SL guarantee free of charge with great coverage:

We verified all the property and the owner.

We retain the reservation in advance until 48 hours after the check-in date.

After the booking confirmation, the property is locked only for you! No one else can reserve your selected dates!

If for some reason, you decide to cancel the transaction and reject the property, we will refund you the full amount.

Online support before and 48 hours after the check in.

Safety:

InmoInvest ARH SL offers many guarantees to protect you from fraud.

If you pay outside InmoInvest ARH SL, you expose yourself to fraud risks, such as money transfer scams.

Secure payment: Your payment is not transferred to the advertiser’s account without having seen and accepted the property.

InmoInvest ARH SL keeps your money safe up to 48 hours after the moving date (the one registered on the platform).

As a guarantee that the property will be as described in the advertisement: When you move into your property, you have 48 hours to review it and notify InmoInvest ARH SL if there are any problems.

Cancelation policy:

What happens if the owner rejects my reservation?

If the owner cancels at the last minute, we will do our best to rehouse you and pay for a hotel if necessary.

InmoInvest ARH SL will try to help the tenant reserve a replacement property. If there are no suitable alternative properties, InmoInvest ARH SL will return 100% of the reservation and the first rental payment to the tenant.

For our part, you can contact us through our contact form to request a refund. Please note that if you wish to cancel your confirmed booking prior to move-in, our booking fees will be non-refundable (if applicable)!
